East Side Mario's

I had a really good experience tonight! The food was perfect, the service was perfect, there was no wait time for a table. All in all it was a great experience. If I had one critique I would suggest they wipe the menus down before giving them to guests. My menu was very greasy and had some sort of pasta chunks on it. Good thing I was able to look at the menu online. I can't wait to go back!

Yummy, delightful food. Lady who attended to us was extremely pleasant & phenomenal too. Definitely a find. Coming back again with the fam!

We came to celebrate a birthday. They are accommodating if you want certain ingredients left out or something in the side, like bruschetta or salad dressing. The bread and salad before the meal is a nice touch! Everything came fresh and delicious.

Our server was grrat, made us feel comfortable as we cruised through town in a stressful day of driving. Thr food was ESM consistent and a great Saskatchewan visit.

The food was great. Definitely I would recommend it to everyone

We had a great evening out, the food was amazingly good and our waitress was the best! She kept the bread coming the whole time The calamari had the perfect amount of spice, omg it was delicious!! 5 stars! Definitely will be going back with the whole fam !

*EDIT to my review* The owner reached out to me and fixed this issue beyond what I expected. A wonderful customer service experience. Thank you! We dined on Tuesday Jan 3 around 6pm. My meal was $35, my sisters was $35 and our friends was $47. Just rounded as I do not have the receipt anymore. We all had gift cards. My gift card had $30 on it and I’m assuming the waitress just put our bills all as one. After I paid with my gift card I had a remaining amount to pay but she said I can’t pay it until everyone else has used their gift cards. So my friend went to pay and it took her whole $50 gift card when her bill was $47 and change with taxes plus the waitress said she had to pay a remaining amount of $2 which then she tipped on top of that not her gift card payment. Then it was my sisters turn and again it took her whole $50 gift card. Then the waitress came back to me for my remaining $9 payment and she couldn’t figure it out, well because that amount just got paid by the others plus more. I paid $9. The total for all our meals was $117. After we all paid, east side Mario’s gained $24. We were definitely confused at the time, but now we figured it out as the gift cards should have had some balance left to them and now do not.

We’re both stuffed and have food left over to take home. Top marks for value to be sure. Service was pretty wonky, but absolutely pleasant. It’s been at least a decade since I’ve had their food , and I don’t remember it being this good. Too bad they departed Winnipeg so long ago and have yet to return.

Atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Our server was very friendly. She had a pleasant up-beat personality. Lovely smile. Made me feel valued as a customer. Food was delicious.

Delicious food. Attentive service. Despite being busy the acoustics are great so we didn't have to shout across the table to hear each other. Can't wait to visit again!Food: 5/5
