My family and I have eaten at this restaurant many times. We usually spend anywhere from $75 - $130 plus a good tip. The food is great so is the service.  But on this evening our family went into the restaurant like usual and the waitress immediately told us that she was not going to serve us.we looked at each other and were in disbelief of what was going on.  She would not give us a reason for why she wasn't going to serve us cause in the past she has been our waitress. We always say please and thank you put our utensils in a glass our plates all together and make it easier for the waitresses to clean out table after we leave. Not impressed with this at all to be treated like this from staff or anyone else.  We felt humiliated by this waitress cause there were 2 other staff present as well as customers that heard this being said from her. I'm not sure what is going on here but it needs to be addressed and sorted out so it doesn't happen again.  I enjoy being there but tonight felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome.

I went to Four Seasons with a group of friends on New Years Day and was unsatisfied. Upon entering for service, a friend was not allowed to sit in a certain area because it was for the regulars. Once our group sat at a non-regulars table, the waitress tossed coasters on our table and abruptly asked "what do you want?" without explaining what was on tap or if there were any specials that day. Needless to say, our service was not great, but the server brought drink refills for the regulars as soon as she noticed their drinks were nearly empty. We were fine with the service as we were having fun with our pals watching football. However, when we were getting our jackets on to leave one of the regulars saw Snoop Dogg on the TV and dropped the N word. Some of this person's friends called him out, but he tried to laugh it off. People from my table had to tell that person to never say that word, even if he thinks it's harmless or a joke. No one from the staff asked what was going on or offered support. We will not be returning to Four Seasons and really hope you give your staff racial based training.

Went to try out their gluten free menu items today with my wife.  We shared the GF fish and chips and GF boneless ribs. We were both extremely surprised with the size of the portions  very large  and extremely impressed with the flavor of both dishes. Probably my favorite fish and chips dish in the city. The boneless ribs were also an amazing lemon pepper flavor. Thank you do much for providing a great tasting GF option and not over pricing it like some places do. We will definitely be coming back to try more items in the future.

I walked in this evening about 7 pm with my spouse and 2 friends. Upon walking in the bar side the waitress immediately denied us service. Than the other waitress said I’m not serving them either I am busy , there was one table that is it! My spouse asked why she said once person knew in our group. So upon asking our friends she said they slept with the same man. My spouse asked the waitress Meika is this about pen15, she replied with yes. You are literally letting your staff refuse service over a man.

The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced because the customer service was nonexistent. I sat in the VLT room for 45 minutes not once was I asked for a drink.

Walk in to there off sale to grab some coolers...realized I grabbed the wrong flavor..ask to simply exchange it for the rite flavor..all the product was same price was declined..iv never been treated so rudely in my life worst service ever

Good location and excellent food!  Every time I've been there the service has been good or better, and the food is always good!  One thing to watch out for - since it's a sports bar there are lots of sports events they host, and it can be loud if you go on an event night.  Otherwise excellent atmosphere and good volume as long as you miss the big events :

This was our first time ordering from 4seasons today, we ordered delivery thru the app. Even though half our order was missing initially, the food was phenomenal! When I called to let them know, the person on the phone was phenomenal. She immediately took down what we were missing and in about 40 mins they were super busy the rest of our food arrived hot, and fresh, and even a little extra. My husband has to eat GF and his fish and chips was the best he has had he said, the pizza was great, lots of toppings and cheese. The dry ribs were delicious, the parmasean garlic sticks were delicious. Can't go wrong with home cut fries- All the food was phenomenal! We will definitely order again and the service was excellent.
