Had so much fun watching our grandson run from game to game with so much excitement. His eyes were the size of Beach balls. Lol. It so great living vicariously through a child's eyes. Of course it's pricey but you can't put a price on a good time... don't do it. It's so worth time well spent.
This is our new place to take our kids! The overall store has done updates. The place is spacious, clean and well-lit. The arcade games are now all on a swipe card and the tickets are counted electronically. I also really enjoy the option for purchasing credits or times. It provides flexibility for kids of all ages. The prices are reasonable and there are many game options. It is suitable for all ages from toddlers to teenagers. Hope to try out the food next time to do more review.
Excellent Staff and place for kids. Only one suggestion that some of the games were not working , Management needs to take care of it. Overall good place to visit with kids, friends and family.
Fantastic customer service. Whoever has taken over management is doing a great job. From the greeter who met us when we walked in, to the manager who allowed us to host an impromptu birthday party, the employees went above and beyond for us today. Clean facility. A little pricey, but that’s inflation baby. Highly recommend.
It looks like there has been come settings change made on the 100% sure win game. When we went there for a party with friends 3 weeks back my kid and her friends were easily able to get balls in most of the attempts. But when we went there today, the machine was dropping the ball on its own. It was the same case with other kids as well today. We informed the staff available and they replied that they would look into the issue. Hope the issue is resolved soon. Not sure if the change has been made deliberately so that not many people take the balls. But this is really demotivating for the kids, I would expect the issue to be resolved soon.
It's great for birthday parties but the boy ran through all the games in a couple hours so I wouldn't stay much longer or go too often. But the cheese stuffed crust pizza was pretty decent Kid-friendliness: It's chuck e cheese... Wheelchair accessibility: You can get in and get to the tables but it would be tight around the games
fun place, even when ur older... Explain to me why it costed $67 for two people to play for an hour tho. I didn't know Chuck E Cheese was for the rich. They really jacked up the prices. At that price range, there are way better options for a night out. Make it cheaper and I'll tattoo the logo on my forehead.Service: 2/5
Overall was well worth the money, we used a coupon found on the website and gave us lots of game time with our 4 year old. We went twice while visiting and neither time did we have troubles finding parking or getting our food which was really good. Most of the staff was friendly just ran into troubles with some machines using up your "tokens" but not actually let you play also many times ran into machines that didn't pay out and tickets. We did mention to the staff and they did correct the issues but was a bit of a time waste as was surprised how many times we did run into issues with the games. All and all it was a fun place to let the kid burn off energy.
Very nice place to bring your kids. They can have a lot of fun. You buy an hour of entertainment and they will play as many as they want and collect points the better they play and exchange points with a gift at the end of the day. They have restaurant. Good pizza. Good sweets. Very fun. You can also rent it for events.
We tried to use two dual linked games without success. One dual flight game had one side out of order and the side that did work the trigger did not work correctly. The second dual driving game we tried one of the seat adjustments was broken and one side would not accept our swipe card and kept coming up with an error message. Poor maintenance of the gaming area. Not fun at all.
