During my test drive the low fuel light came on. At pickup on the next day, I was pleased to find the gauge was back at one quarter full. An unexpected courtesy that topped of a pressure free, easy purchase and transaction. Would buy from here again.
Can’t thank the guys at east motors enough! Indy and Stuart were helpful and patient and made the stress of buying a car so much less. The car itself is amazing, drives brilliantly and is in great condition. I know nothing about cars beyond key goes there and petrol goes here and have had dodgy dealers take advantage of that in the past but did not feel that way at all with this purchase. I bought this car remotely never done that before but it was honestly the most positive experience I’ve ever had and the car was even better than I expected it to be. I highly recommend buying from here.
Highly recommend east motors, if your looking for a car this should be the first place you head to, was provided with excellent and professional customer service. The staff was very welcoming as well and did not feel pressured into making a decision. Will definitely come back in the future!
sold us a car.. air con not workimg. battery died a week after buying the car... call the person there Steve or iggy or something and the most rudestman I have ever come across!!! you sold a car so provide customer service instead of telling me I do t k ow about cars!!!! Do not go to this dealer if u want to avoid dodgy sales!!!! Not worth your time!!! I will be taking them to court!!! don't you dare change things around. you said on the phone you hadn't checked the air con. my partner didn't turn the air con on. as for Steve calling me and being threateni g on the phone is not ok. I have not li3d ya ayri. I. am a solicitor and know the legislation. stop threatening people with your dodgy ways and your attitudes. Absolute disgrace
Don't buy a car from here. The car looked good but the rear top part of seat wasnt attached to vehicle, the locking mechanism was missing. I'm not sure how it past a roadworthy. Sneaky guy, knew I had kids that wanted to put in the car. Can't lock tailgate, the cruise control broke in my hand the first time I drove the car. Also I was promised a full tank of diesel on pick up of car and he never gave that either. I rang to discuss issues with vehicle and he hand balled the problems on to the roadworthy mechanic.
Very friendly service . We have purchased 3 cars in last 4 years for our family and always been an easy transaction. After sales sevice has never disappointed us . We will be back in future again . Thanks Indy and Stuart

Be very sure you go over the vehicle you are interested in with a fine tooth comb. An independent mechanic's opinion is a necessity. Bought a 2nd hand tray cab ute in March 2022. 2011 Navara. we wanted to swap out of a 2WD into a 4WD We traded two cars, a 2005 Rodeo we had just bought and a low Km 2011 XTrail. We got ok-ish to reasonable trade-ins for two straight very clean cars and both had excellent AT tyres but in COVID were happy to pay a premium and more cash for another 2011 Nissan. We explained to East Motors that the ute had just passed a pink slip check in NSW to enable the sale to us. . We never said it passed a Vic RWC. Possibly NSW and Vic safety standards vary- or somebody is having a crack at us. We also passed on that the elderly couple we had just purchased it off said that the timing belt had been done recently ...and we had no reason to disbelieve them. Every thing else was as they said checked out. V6 Motor sounded good hot or cold on the way back from Coffs. We had issues. The ute we bought had passed roadworthy but we quickly discovered a broken ERG pipe letting fumes into the cabin and a fault in the tail light assembly. East Motors quickly stepped back and passed us on the independent RWC supplier who turned out to be very reasonable. The only key supplied was not not working manually and there was no fuel filler key. That cost us $265 to fix and get a basic spare key and cheap locking filler cap. The above can be viewed as oversights in a busy yard - but no sympathy at the East Motors end. BUT ALSO.... There was a windscreen sticker showing a recent service. Turns out the engine oil was old and the filter was ancient and rusty! Trans-fluid was ok. No sign of any new grease underneath. We were told the service sticker was for a ' basic fluids check' only. Which is not really a SERVICE at all. A proper 'regular' service then cost us $552.20.parts and labour -from our trusted mechanic and it was not an extended service, i.e. full fluids swap.... we planned to do that later as by now we were a bit doubtful about the car! East Motors had no appetite for even a contribution to these costs. As the folks at Consumer Affairs Victoria said 'its our word against theirs'. I'd rather not spend time on bad reviews but I think its important to provide an honest account of an unfortunate experience. Like all car deals once you sign up you are generally on your own ...so take your time and be thorough. Wayne and Gretta.
100% recommend going to east motors. I never thought I get such good service after experiencing bad situations with other car dealerships. Really helped me find the right car and making it a decision. Thanks east motors.
