The marketing behind this brand is phenomenal. Sure, the logo is simple, but it represents the East Coast and it does its job well. What started as a small school project has grown to become a large business and has helped put Halifax on the map. I hear so many entrepreneurs complain about where they live instead of executing a solid business model. They talk about moving to Manhattan to find new opportunities or dream of going to Toronto to found their startup. The founder of this company used his location and situation to his advantage and showcased the great things the East Coast has to offer. A big props to you, Alex and team. Keep up the good work.

Terrible quality clothing (purchased online and the sweater was ripped when it arrived) and poor customer service when trying to rectify the situation. They were slow to respond to my inquiries and hardly apologetic or accommodating (even when I had said I would pay for shipping). The one purchase I made was for a gift and will never buy again. Overpriced and unoriginal. There are much better companies if you want to purchase local.

Love the product, but would probably buy more if there was a better deal for shipping online (have to purchase $150 before free shipping) and more product in stock (multiple items I was looking for were out of stock).

A bit small for a flag ship store. Cool concept, with cool beginnings. Family bought a few things, I did not. Friendly service is a plus

Placed an order with the West coast affiliate over 3 weeks ago. Haven't received a shipping confirmation & they won't reply to multiple attempts to contact via email & social media over the past week. After the incredibly high shipping rates, I would expect much better service. There also seems to be no way to leave reviews on the west coast page, so I'm writing it here.
