Outstanding service! Our server Julie was friendly and incredibly attentive. She gave great food and drink recommendations 3 for 3 tonight and made you feel special throughout In addition, the manager Noah dropped by and recommended some of the best combinations Calamari and artisan bread as apps, both on point. Ask for the Cajun fries tossed with honey, you will not be disappointed! Subbed the rice in the feta salmon with their warm potato salad.. My God, it was outstanding Finished up, based on Noah's recommendation he went 4/4, with the chocolate drizzled cake, so good I could not give more praise to the staff and chefs here. Amazing dining experience!
Amazing service, atmosphere, and food. The new item the vegan bowl was really good. I got the steak and frites and upgraded to truffle fries. The fries was the best! My steak wasn’t prepared as I liked and my server Jamal immediately took it back and made it right. I love coming here because I know the service and consistency is always the same. We were here on a school meeting and was told our seating is 2.5 hours. We went WAY over and they didn’t kick us out or interrupt us at all
On the night before the Christmas Eve, my friend and I went to Earls: Station Square at 9:30pm! I am already a big fan of their happy hour and weekend brunch menus great deals with quality food at nice interior design! We sat on the lounge and a kind and pleasant server/bartender got our first drinks. Then, we were thinking what to order for food. Another very knowledgeable and genuine bartenderDanny came to explain the menu and suggested "seafood platter" since we like seafood!! So we ordered it and it was AMAZING!! The whole lobster tail was there and big, juicy prawns, fresh and high quality oysters, chopped tuna with refreshing mango and avocado and so on.... I highly recommend the dish/menu and this place!! It's not only because of food but also the atmosphere and such wonderful servers that you feel good and listened!! It was definitely highlight of our day! Thank you, Dannylounge manager and other great servers at Earls : Station Square! : Happy Holidays!! ,, Kid-friendliness: There are enough booth tables and staff seems pleasant around kids! I like that customers choose to sit either lounge or dinner area.
Very nice location with good atmosphere. Food is usual Earls good food but a bit overpriced Service was very good. While we were there a crazy guy in Masked Killer costume and with a real knife entered the restaurant and started to act weirdly. Earls staff managed the situation professionally and in timely manner.
A couple of us came here for lunch. We started with the spinach dip. The colour of the dip didn’t seem natural. Mostly tasted like it was a basic mix. I ordered the Vegan Impossible Burger wrapped in lettuce versus a brioche bun. My friend ordered the chicken Nashville sandwich. Both burgers came with either fries or salad. The menu offers a good selection for those with specific food requirements. I am not sure if it was the spinach dip or the burger I had but it did not sit well in my stomach after leaving the restaurant. I doubt I’ll have either of the two items if I am to visit again. Service was prompt and attentive.
It was full of people and the music was really loud. It was not the best place to have a chat with the loving ones. I came here for food though. However, the cuisines turned out to be not so special. The only amazing thing was spinach dip. That was it. Fries were less than Mcdonald's qualityyou can clearly see from the photo and the beef steak was super small. Buffalo cauliflower was so sour. And it did not maintain the shape when I picked up with my fork. It kinda shattered. We finished all our foods because we don't like wasting foods as well as we were starving. If I visit next time, I will order just spinach dip.
Very good customer service! Very friendly and warm. They suggest you the best of the menu! Open kitchen, clean and time working view. No complaints, only complements! Very well done girls night out!!! Thank you team Earls!
Came in on a busy Mothers Day, welcomed with beautiful smiles, and got a seat at the bar instantly! Amazing drinks and food. Bartenders were great. Always a great time here. The Cajun salmon was cooked perfectly and I loved the crispy onion with the jasmine rice that came with my dish. YUM! The manager, Ben, was very attentive. Thank you!
It was a little loud hence the 4 star. Otherwise food was delicious. Drinks were yummy. Server was good. She was quick, attentive and our food and drinks came quick despite the place being very busy.Food: 5/5
We saw the Night Manager, Brett though we didn’t know his name yet, in a well dressed suit and a paper bag in his hands as he walked in front of to Earl’s. First impressions can be deceiving but this isn’t one of those reviews. Our set had made a reservation at Earl’s to celebrate surviving our first year in Marketing Management at BCIT. We were greeted kindly by staff and our waitress, Luna, then shown our lovely patio table. Brett comes out, and we’re all a little confused because we had just been whispering behind this man’s back about how gentlemanly he was dressed. He introduces himself, and says that there was a special request for an assortment of funky hats for the table. Our friend that made the reservation gasped, forgetting that she had made this request as a joke. She wasn’t expecting Earl’s to actually deliver on this. Brett adorned each of us with a hat that surprisingly fit our personalities on a first guess. Our server Luna did an incredible job making sure our table of drinks and food was well organized and coming in at a steady pace. The food was the delicious, the drinks tasteful, and the service was so friendly and personable. We were treated like kings and queens after feeling like we had just gone through the toughest reality survival show to complete our first year at BCIT. To cap off the night, the staff treated us to champagne to celebrate a relaxing and fun filled summer, starting with lunch at Earl’s. Thank you Brett, Luna, and the rest of Earl’s for giving us the best first impression of your restaurant, your team, and making the end of a long year of trying to improve ourselves as people feel truly special! You’re the best!
