The female principal at this school is very disrespectful. She doesn't know how to speak you children and has a chip on her shoulder. My daughter went here for a volleyball tournament , this lady flipped out on her because she was trying to get ice for an injury. This lead my daughter to tears. She didn't apologize and continued to disrespect her. I am very disappointed with how my daughter was treated and the staff needs to learn how to speak to the children at their school.
Hello! My name is Kaden and I am a graduate of the school now. You will find a picture of me in the class of 2023 picture frame. I loved everything about the school, the glass, the architecture, the people, and the clubs. The staff was educated and knowledgeable. The school had the proper support resources and tools to facilitate educational and mental development. If you are thinking about attending this school, definitely do so! It is worth it! That being said, and like every high school, there are some bad eggs. Rich spoiled kids vaping and smoking in the washrooms; saw a guy light a joint on school property. Hang out with the right crowd, stick to your studies, join the chess club, keep learning, and you will be fine though! :D
A private school with a bunch of people that think they are the best because the school is in the top 5 best schools in Canada. Only way to get in is to audition and be the very best or have multi million dollars to live close to the school.
Used to go here from 2009-2012. Amazing high school in so many ways. Really strong arts program with inspiring and passionate students practicing their craft, had the pleasure of seeing many great performances in arguably the best high school auditorium in the city. Many clubs and councils to choose from, some of which go above and beyond with their events and activities. Great selection of unique classes such as beauty class with hair and makeup and very clean and modern halls. Neighbourhood also offers a lot in terms of food, entertainment, and parks. Teachers can be hit or miss but thats the case for every school in the city. I wasn't into arts before coming here but some of my favourite memories ended up being art related animation and film projects, classical guitar performance, etc. Anyways if you go here today, realize its a privilege and treat the school and the students accordingly.
It's a good school.nTeachers are friendly, most staff are ready to help you out and teach.nThe library would be my favorite place in the school. It has a great collection of books, comics, and reading materials to help you get through assignments and the day. The computer lab is decked out with nice computers.nUnfortunately, I wasn't able to fully experience my Grade 12 senior year here, so that would be my only regret.nn2020, year of COVID-19
