I rented a house from Chad Hoover that had 3 addresses. How is that even possible? He posed as a maintenance man and was at the property daily looking in the windows and performing inspections without giving me any notice. He wasn't actually doing any work to the property just "popping in". He is running a deposit scam on the home. Every 6 months he rents the home out, 6 months later he illegally evicts the family/person, and repeats the process. Even though the home is undamaged and left clean he keeps their deposit. It was a nightmarish experience renting from this man. I never had peaceful enjoyment of the property as he was always there. I wouldn't even give him a single star rating if it wasn't for Google forcing me to in order to post this.
