Eagan Smiles Dentistry

I'm so impressed, I wish there were 10 stars to give! LOVE LOVE LOVE! I've been to so many dentists through the years and have never felt so comfortable and safe as I do here! I usually end up leaving a dentists chair feeling embarrassed and in pain but not here! The Dentist even gave me a personal tour of the facility and then sat down to get to know me before digging in my mouth! All the staff were extremely understanding and careful to my sensitivities and pain level. Unheard of! TEN STARS!

Great place. I really like all of the staff there, and they've been super helpful in suggesting the best routes for me, both aesthetically and economically. Will keep going back.

Truly friendly and wonderful people but we have a recent event that they have changed their provider and had recommended our son in a different clinic. We respect the decision but they didn't bother to solve if the patient is still a member that have been registered to be a member to avail discounts. The membership is not honored to the recommended clinic and we have to drive 22 miles just to have my son check his teeth. Obviously, there are several pediatric clinics near the location but the 22 mile distance was recommended. It turned to be inconvenient for us and now unsatisfied on how they operate. Probably, it's a new scenario for them and haven't got any contingency on how should resolve. But the thing is, they have allowed the patient to become a member whereas they could recommend to be in a pediatric clinic prior becoming a member. I believe the patient should not shoulder the change of provider and whatever decision of their restructure just to have a new system in place. In better planning there should always be an analysis to and determine what are the risks involved. Poor management.

I am so thrilled with this dentist office so far. There was a little snafu with my original appointment, but they were very quick to correct everything, and very accommodating. All the staff members that I have met have been very professional - these folks weren't hired off the street or straight out of school. The staff all seem very experienced, and are great at what they do. The dental hygienist (Theodore) is the best I've ever experienced. The office is very clean (as it should be, it's brand new), and they have all the latest tech and gadgets. The check in was fast and painless (all of the authorizations are signed digitally), and the waiting area is small but comfortable. There is a TV, a few magazines, coffee and water - standard stuff. The rest of the office is divided into treatment rooms and on-site services like crown-making machine, autoclave, X-rays, etc.... The treatment rooms are comfortable, and there are lots of chair side gadgets and tech that make it easy for the staff to review your file, imaging, past history, etc. It also makes it easy for them to explain things as they can swing the TV over and show exactly what they are talking about. Billing was fair, and clearly stated before anything began. Overall, I am thrilled with Eagan Smiles. I had some issues at the other big office in Eagan, so I am glad to find a new place that has wow'd me so far.

One of the best dentist visits I have ever had! The whole team is very professional and extremely friendly. They defiantly make you feel comfortable and take time to listen and fully explain what issues or concerns there are. I was a last minute appointment and they were kind enough to get me scheduled the same day and took the time with no rush. Love this office.
