Cliff Lake Dental Care - Dr. Rauchwarter

Went there as a new patient about a year and a half ago. They had great reviews so I thought I was in good hands. Not so. During my visit, i was told i had one cavity...okay, that's fine. I had it filled. Next visit, I now had three cavities. When Dr. Rauchwarter told me, he chuckled and said he has a big screen in his office and wouldn't show me my "cavities". I have never had a cavity in my life, ever. I told them I'd schedule a later time to have them filled. I went to a nearby dentist (large practice, roughly 20 chairs vs 4 at Rauchwarter) for a inspection and cleaning....guess what? Zero cavities. In fact, they struggled to even find the "filling" Rauchwarter filled. I wholeheartedly believe they are milking new clients for money. I filed a complaint with the MN Board of Dentistry. I'm sure Cliff Lake Dental will respond to this and refute my claim. To Cliff Lake Dental - show your clients what is wrong with their teeth before performing invasive work. Invest in some small monitors for each chair (there are only 4....cough up the $100 per chair for a crappy monitor. Use the $80 i gave you for that mystery filling). That said, everyone was nice at the office. No complaints with the office staff.

I hadn't been to a dentist in probly 20 years. This guy and his staff are amazing! I had 8 cavities and had them all fixed with zero pain!! I will come back to Cliff Lake Dental for all my future needs. They actually care about their clients and it shows!! Thank you!!

Everyone in the office is so nice and caring! Nancy was so much help when I made my appointment. It was for a cracked tooth and I had never been there before. She got me in right away and also checked on my insurance for me! Robin is also so very nice and caring. She made me feel at ease. She's great!! Dr Rauchwarter was wonderful!! He is gentle and explains exactly what he is doing and what you might feel. He even called the next day to see how I was! Amazing!!! I HATE going to the dentist but they all do a GREAT job at making you feel comfortable! They are my new dentist!!

My husband and I were looking for a new Dentist in the area and my husband was able to get in right away to get a cleaning and a tooth fixed. He told them I was looking to come in and they had everthing ready for me when I called. We are very pleased with the whole staff and I was very comfortable with my visit and the options they have me for future Dental work.... I would recommend them to anyone needing a dentist!!!

I'm new to the neighborhood -decided to try Cliff Lake Dental and was very pleased with the friendly, professional staff. I was able to get in for a basic check up/cleaning/x-rays and filling in the same day. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a fast, high quality dental experience.
