E-Z Loan Auto Sales of Niagara Falls

Spoke with Tim over the course of about two weeks before coming in. Wasn't expecting to be approved after failed attempts at other bad/no credit dealers. Tim found a payment solution for my girlfriend and myself(we've lived together for several years) that we could be comfortable with. His customer service was exemplary. The location feels comfortable, too. Same day decision and get to drive off with a new car. Couldn't be happier. If you can't get Tim, then Nick and the rest of the staff will easily help you.

This was the most amazing place to come to for a car. They work with you every step of the way. If you come here ask for Tim!!!! Best sales rep ever he went and got a car for me just so I could test drive and see if I liked it. He made sure I was happy and satisfied through the whole process. I never felt pressured or rushed at all. I got the car I wanted at the price I wanted thank you to everyone at ez loan.!!!!!

Nick and Tim were super helpful. I totalled my car Wednesday morning and needed to get into something new fast. They worked with me and within a few short hours I pulled off the lot in my car. All around great experience.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS PLACE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR FAMILY OR YOUR OWN HEALTH. I bought a 2009 Chrysler Town and Country from these people 7 weeks ago. SEVEN WEEKS. SO FAR the radiator was blown, $845 job, 2 weeks later the battery died $239 job now there is a burning smell which were taking it back to the shop for. THIS PLACE SCREWED ME ROYALLY. AM currently filing a lawsuit with an attorney that thankfully took my case. PLEASE DO NOT BUY HERE. IF you think I'm lying or exaggerating, write me and ask me to see receipts. I'll show you gladly. SUING!!!

Tim at the Niagara Falls location was awesome... very friendly. If you need a car I would definitely recommend EZ LOAN
