Awesome technician. My Acer Nitro burnt itself out. Originally we thought it was the motherboard but it turned out to be the GPU. He didn't charge me anything and was very professional through the whole process and helped me remove the nVME SSD.

Jeff was really helpful, he took a look at my laptop. At first I thought it was my DC jack but he tested,it was my laptop charger. He could ask me to drop of my laptop and charge me but he didn’t.
Awesome service! Jeff installed an SSD and a RAM for my laptop, and provided lots of helpful advice. Would definitely recommend to others!
Jeff is awesome. Knowledgeable, honest, & gives you self serve or full service options. He installed windows 10 on my old laptop & made it new again. He showed me how to do my own backup, saving me a lot of money. I wouldn't take my computers anywhere else. Very affordable & a great guy.
Very knowledgeable and practical person. He does not charge anything for evaluation. If you have an issue with a laptop give this place a try instead of spending tons of money in big repair shops.
