Asked for extra veggies in my lomein and didn’t get them. Also asked for spicy and didn’t get that either. The lady specifically repeated the order and totally got iit wrong. See any veggies in this extra veggies lomein …. Would not, not recommend unless you want a disappointment of a meal.
Dynasty restaurant has the best Chinese food in the south end of Springfield. I live downtown and pass at least three Chinese food restaurants just to get to dynasty. I love that I can order on the app and choose to pay at the restaurant.
one time I got my order messed up and they said the money will be back in 3 days and I still have yet to receive it after two months. wings are always black inside. general tso chicken is not like other places, it’s cheap wings with sauce. the wonton soup is gross and way too strong. never had a flaming hot wonton soup before. and still haven’t because I just tried to eat the wontons and leave the liquid. regret buying the amount of times I did and not going back.
The food is just good, lately I notice a change, the food is very greasy, the portions are the same though.. It just takes a long time to be delivered so I would recommend to pick it up. Another thing that I noticed is that hey always get my order right, I never had to deal with missing something or messing up my order like other restaurants. One thing I wish it was different is the cleanliness of the restaurants, the place looks old and outdated, it just gives a bad impression. Parking: No parking here, you'll have to park a few blocks away before theres never space, and theres a barber shop next to this place that takes all the parking spots in front of the restaurant. Wheelchair accessibility: no wheelchair accessibility or handycap parking
Food is always fresh and delicious. No complaints. Made to order. Usually spend $15 - $28. Serves 2 people.
So far I've only tried their sweet & sour chicken and their pork fried rice and I love it. A large order of s&s chicken gives you a pound of chicken fingers and plenty of s&s sauce. The chicken fingers are medium to large, the batter is crispy like it should, the cuts of white chicken inside the batter are big and tasty, and the sweet & sour sauce is red and delicious. The pork fried rice is good they put slices of egg in it. I like that I can pay online via the beyondmenu app.
Usually I'm very picky and critical of Chinese food. Its usually too oily, overfried, under fried, or funny after taste. Tonight is my first time trying Dynasty Restaurant out of all the years I've been living here and their food is AMAZING! They only thing I suggest is to fry their chicken fingers and egg rolls a little more so it can have more of a crunch but otherwise the chicken fingers were not oily to the point where it tasted like a sponged up oil. They were good. Their fried jumbo shrimp is extremely big which I didn't expect but even better. Honestly their food taste better than any other Chinese food in Springfield in my opinion.
