Awesome customer service. I mentioned I was visiting from out of state and he offered something close to what I am used too. Excellent coffee. Thank you!

Coffee is alright, it's coffee, hard to mess it up really. It's the people and the obscenely long lines that get me. You can be friendly without being overbearing and intrusive, but they don't seem to get that.

I love everything about Dutch Bros except the prices. Great people working there. Awesome drinks. Nice hang out place. I love the stamp cards. Just really expensive!

I don't think I will come to this location anymore. Your employees here are rude. The girl taking the order was rude as it was our first time ordering one of your new infused teas. She rolled her eyes and commented you don't know the drink..? When ordering the drink and calling it by the wrong name. We had a free punch card and we got to tip and he comments "I bet it tastes better free". Well, we bought 10 prior to earn the free drink, which is a perk. It isn't an expectation. We always tip well as being a server is hard. I will reconsider my purchases with this location going forward. I would rate lower but one person was nice.
