Always a great experience. Honest family owned business. They only do the repairs you need. Only place I've ever gone where if the brakes need work, they offer brake servicing and don't automatically require you replace the pads and rotors when it doesn't need doing. I'd give 6 stars if it was an option!

Ming and his son Jason are honest hard working mechanics. In my experience of going there for many years, I've never been gouged or have had an upsell for parts I don't need. The only thing is when they're busy it's really hard to get service. Currently with the pandemic they're not super busy, but they're still busy.

Everything went well at first. They found my car problem, gave me an estimation and told me that they would need parts to repair my car and would call me after parts arrives. They charged me $50 for checking and said they would waive it after they fixed my car. After a week, no one called me. I called them and was told they hadn't received parts yet. I called them again two days later. They said they had the parts and would call me back to schedule an appointment. But, they never did. So, three weeks and $50 wasted for nothing. These guys have saved my behind multiple times, they've been able to take my car in last minute and do some great work for very fair prices. Always honest and have even gone the extra mile to fight with the Honda dealership to make sure parts were covered under warranty. Would recommend to anyone in the Hintonburg area!

I visited this place several months ago to get my 2007 Honda Accord repaired. An Official Honda Dealer in Ottawa quoted me upwards of $2000+ for the repair including parts; whereas Ming was able to fix everything for well under $300 if I remember correctly. I have been recommending his shop ever since to all my friends and will continue to go to him first for any work my Honda may require. they haven't priced listing on the board. every time went there same job costed different and aslo they don't care customer only care money they asking more money to do less job

Great service and friendly staff. Can be very busy because word has caught on that this is an honest shop with great mechanics. I've found that they always do their best to complete work quickly when I bring my car in first thing in the morning. Have also had great luck with ordering parts myself and bringing it to them often faster and cheaper than order through your shop, though it can take time to find parts. Brought a truck in last week for a Safety and although it was very busy with winter around the corner and tire change season, they were very professional at servicing everyone that was showing up at once. Recommend this place to all my friends and family.
