Durham Periodontics: Dr. Omar Usman

Dr. Usman and staff are all very friendly and professional. They provide good information at every step of the process, and good follow-up afterwards. I had surgery that went well, but the following day I had a problem with the post op medication. I called the office and spoke to the receptionist. Five minutes later the hygienist called back with instructions from Dr. Usman. That solved my issue. Then the office called me back later in the day to check on me. I was happy to tell them everything was fine. I appreciate that type of follow-up.

Friendly office staff, dental assistant polite, knowledgeable and answered any questions that I had about the procedure. Dr. Omar Usman explained in detail but in easy to understand language. The procedure was performed with any issues and no pain. I did not require the use of Tylenol after the first day, healing was well under way by the second day. I am a very happy patient.

The customer service of Dr. Hassenpour and his staff was outstanding! Dr. Hassenpour explained every part of the procedure thoroughly and he answered all of my questions with knowledge and expertise. They took such good care of me! My gums have healed up nicely. I'm very happy I had the procedure done and I would recommend the staff at Durham Periodontics highly.
