HORRIBLE! Waited 20 mins for an order of bagel bites when we tried to eat them the inside were brown! Unbelievable.

I mean this is your average Dunkin. You can't really get mad at it especially when they give you your food so quickly and your drink. I just like to get a nice hot chocolate any point and they always get it to me quick. The staff is very friendly, they know each customer by name and what their regular order is. Quick to fill orders, hardly ever a wait time. Their manager, Hugo, is very nice and professional. Always welcomes you by name and with a smile. You get the impression that you're visiting friends when you're there. Highly recommend
The staff here is the best! Very hard working and incredibly nice people! They are the real deal… it would be very difficult to find a better crew of workers/ people! Thankful for them!
The most inconsistent DD ever. Can’t even get a muffin toasted correct. Coffee never the way I ask for it. Always out of the milk I want. Quality is poor and the staff can be rude.

Heads up there are staff here who don't wear masks. I would give them a significantly higher rating but I have seen a cashier at this store making/taking orders without a mask multiple times.
Worst Dunkin Donuts I been to in my life. Rude staff and my order is ALWAYS wrong. Even the simplest order they somehow manage to screw up. I used to work at a Dunkin for 3 years so I KNOW it isn’t that hard. Only reason I go there is because it’s convenient and close to where I work otherwise I would never step foot in there again.
