Today 2/ 15/ 2023 at 6:15 am I want to the store today to buy coffee and the employee was trying to overcharge me for a small coffee and I asked him and for him to give me my money back and he said “you don’t read English” and I said to him “I do” I was so mad and he literally told me “fuck you” I encourage everyone to not go to this store and to spend your money. this employee is really rude and obnoxious and to me it appears he is the manager , he knows nothing of customer service, no greeting, no smile , no nothing what so ever, so please no one go to this store or otherwise he is going to be rude to you.
This is the worst 7-11 i have ever been to. Never have slices pizza like on the advertising poster they sell only whole and any hot drink for any size 0,79 cents lol I paid $2,39 for my coffee 7 O'Clock at night!!!
Wait my turn in line of 3-5 people, when it’s my turn I expect to be waited on whether I’m spending $60 on lottery tickets or buying a friggin coffee, these idiots in the 7-Eleven in Hillsdale think it’s OK to make me wait so they can wait on people behind me because I’m spending more than a minute to buy lottery‘s etc. unacceptable,! On top of that the guy behind the counter is totally rude. Remember one thing you’re in the people business put a smile on your face when people walk in. Or hire people that are happy to work there and make money
I purchased 4 packs of mango juul pods here. One pack was perfectly fine, however the other three were clearly counterfeit products. The color of the cap and juice were both different from a legitimate juul pod, along with the appearance of the mouthpiece. The fake pods also do not work at all in the juul device, and leak as if they have been taken apart, filled with cheap juice, and repacked. Do NOT trust them.
This is a fairly busy location. The staff are mostly very efficient and the additional clerks are very quick to drop whatever they're doing out in tbe store and hop onto the second register when the line starts to form . I've been in 7/11 all over the area and I find THIS locations employees to be friendlier and more polite than most others locations. I'm usually in and out of the place quickly. They always seem happy to ring up my items and get me on my way quickly. I mention this because ive been on other locations and was made to feel like they didn't want to be botbered with my purchase . This has never happened to me in hillsdale. Like I said, they always are polite and friendly here .
Kicked me out while trying to buy something. Terrible Service. Terrible People. I was told to get the f out of the store. Wish I could give this place no stars.
DO NIOT USE THE ATM.!!!! My CARD CREDENTIALS WERE SKIMMED AT THIS 7-11 in Hillsdale AND USED in Hoboken. They took $1,000 before I could contact the fraud department. How can management let something like that happen??
Very dirty especially outside garbage pales are disgusting
I went for a pack of smokes. This 5-star review is for having them in stock and no line. .....it’s a 7-11. What do you expect? Get a life
The gallons of milk had all mold on them this morning the fridge was dirty and the kid behind the counter said if you don't like it don't by it. Not the right answer I would have gone someplace else but nothing was open. I no the people there don't make much money but they all have a real bad attitude lately.
