Cute college girls on staff a +, but failure to listen to orders, and sloppy burnt greasy food the negative. Always love dunkin. This one not so much

Only complaint is long lines at the drive thru but that is only at peak times. Don't get my senior citizen discount usually. Food is good though.

9 times out of 10 this location either runs out of food, has extremely long waits or my hot coffee is served cold. They seem pretty disorganized most of the time

Bought a plain bagel with cream cheese. This is how much cream cheese was on there. When I called and talked to the manager about how there was nothing on my bagel, he said he didn’t really believe me. Terrible service all in all and I won’t be going back.

Y’all tweaking this is probably the busiest Dunkin in Michigan and they always are cheerful and employees always do their best and are usually understaffed they deserve more credit and less criticism keep it up dunkin

I love their croissant with egg and cheese! Plus they're always friendly.

Afternoon and morning crew differ greatly. When I occasionally go in the mornings, you do not get a greet, never a smile, give off the impression that they hate their job. In the afternoons they promote products/flavors and I am greeted with friendly customer service right before I go to work. Go in the afternoons over mornings!
