Terrible location. Very dirty. Not a single clean table in entire restaurant. Bathroom filthy. Manager says they clean once per day because COVID...Not a single staff wearing a mask or ANY PPE for that matter. Seems in December 2022, COVID is an excuse to be nasty. To top it off, I was served with a burger that almost look like someone bit into it. Adding that photo and filth photos..Will never visit here again and don't recommend it to my enemy let alone friends.
Disappointed. Wish I could give this a no star. Went there when there was a long line which I understand may be due to shortage of staff, but what happened was still unacceptable. I asked for something at the window and it was not added to my order. When I got to the window to pay and receive my food which was after hours so it was all at just the one window. The hispanic lady which mind you was also the manager on duty who I’ve seen there before said I didn’t say that I wanted that when I clearly did. She didn’t even come to the window to talk to me directly. She relayed this to the lady at the window. They stated they had a no add on policy at the window even though she didn’t add it due to her mistake and was not willing to just charge me for a cone out of all things. I won’t be returning to this location and you shouldn’t give them your business either. As someone who has manager experience this is not how I would’ve taken care of a customer. It is just a cone, but it’s even sillier that it was just a cone. Oh and not to mention the half filled large fry I received. Big thumbs down
Check your receipt, they we charge you for meal upgrade that you did not order. The last couple of times I was over charged and they acted surprised when I pointed out they're mistake. They will not post your drive up order on the screen so you can see what you are being charged but want you to pull forward to get your total. Over the course of the day, this can add up to a nice chunk of change that they are stealing from customers that are unaware of what they are doing.
That overnight crew is on point! No matter the time of day, they keep the drive through moving. I really like breakfast at McDonald's. Great start to the day! And McDonald's has excellent coffee!!!Food: 5/5
Very unorganized Mexican non English speaking and some liars. Cheated me out of cash plus gave me wrong order. Guy said his name was Gabriel. Come back to exchange My food and they never heard of gabriel. I just shook my head. Of course they aint believe me. I had no receipt bit had the transaction in my bank statement. I just gave up. Need better SERVICE
The last few times I've been there, the staff's personality has been really great and very helpful. I was having trouble with the on-line app and they were very helpful and patient.
Great experience. No drama. No BS. Hot tasty food and a pleasant staff. Thank you Mickey D's!
Very non-customer focused on all levels. It's more move the line as fast as possible. The food was luke-warm and not fresh. Sadly this is the atmosphere at most McDonald's today.Food: 3/5
Worse McDonald's i have ever been too!!! You have enough people staffed so stop the b.s and have someone clean the restaurant! I'll just go to the Walmart instead. At least they are cleaner then this. Nothing but disgusting bathrooms and tables!
Placed a mobile order. Ordered a steak egg bagel with no cheese. They put it on a English muffin instead. Had them fix it and they added cheese to it. Had to have it remade a third time, no apology for the order being messed up not once but twice. The only bright side is knowing that the store lost money having to replace and fix a steak bagel 3 times. We won't be back.
