Dunkin' Donuts

I've had 3 large Ice coffee3. 3 different girls waited on me and each drink was perfect. The girls names are Alisa Melanie and Vanidirola. Each were smiling. I was called right away they all said thank you n to have a good day. I also spoke to the manager whose name is Sonla. She was very pleasant to speak to and told me to come back again, which I will in the future. The entire staff worked well together and we're sincere to all customers including myself.

The service there is extremely poor . The manager needs to talk to them mostly a Chinese lady who keeps ignoring customers . You can't exist without us , therefore we deserve a better treatment .

Gave cashier $10.25 for a $4.04 purchase and she( Haley) stated she didnt know how to calculate that so i got a handful of change that i didnt want. No tip for her !!!

Some of the employees are friendly. . management really needs to talk to Haley. . she is not friendly at all and always has a pout on her face.
