Everytime I go here they have people who either cannot speak English or at an understandable level at least. They screw up my order almost everytime and have workers that don't know what they are doing or new workers who don't listen to there coworkers or even the customer to get close to the correct order.

Great place for coffee or tea. Gets lots of traffic but service is quick.

Went here and got a coffee roll. Nothing special. The staff was friendly. There is also a bathroom for customers only.
