Dunkin' Donuts

I go through the drive thru once a day in the early morning hours. That particular crew is always pleasant to deal with. They know order as soon as they hear my voice.... Inside is a little slower moving and I don't particularly care for some of the attitudes that work the front counter, hence why I go through the drive thru...4 stars because of the crew inside

Needs a real bathroom make over.. Better flushing,plumbing tho itz wheelchair accessible. Been needing it for awhile. The whole thing.. Nt just cosmetics.. Otherwise itz it's a Great place.. Friendly & prompt as possible. Because we all knw peak hrz are stressful at any job especially food & beverage chain industry.

They often get orders wrong. One particular time I ordered a frozen beverage in the drive through, it was spoken back to me as a frozen beverage. When I arrived at the window the woman gave me an iced. I nicely stated I ordered it frozen. She stated to me gruffly an unprofessionally that I had ordered it that way and she stated it back that way. Due to the way she spoke to me I asked for a refund to which she shut the window and walked away. I had to ask for a refund a second time and go to a different store location. A separate experience was when my girlfriend and I went in. An employee yelled "is anyone getting food?"! We said yes and my girlfriend proceeded to order a muffin. The girl rudely stated that it wasn't food and then began describing sandwiches and walked away. My girlfriend finally was able to order her muffin and iced coffee, and I ordered my frozen beverage. We were instructed to go to the far counter to pick up. We ended up waiting for the coffee for some time before we were told the coffee was at the original counter. Staff is often rude and speaks to customers as if they are being bothered.

Fast & friendly service, very quick. Amanda that works 2nd shift is an amazing person! Friendly, courteous and always has a big smile!!!

Not a fan, but once in awhile it's good for a quick stop.
