Dunkin' Donuts

Good friendly staff makes this a pleasant stop. Unusual that we have to ask staff to let us in the bathroom. Great location near the art museum and the traffic circle at the heart of downtown. There are a few issues but these come with the gritty, urban rising from the rust belt nature of Utica. It looks like a little Italy across the street.

Stopped to get coffee for myself and my mom, my 5 yr old needed the restroom so figured I would go online while she runs him in... as I’m asking what she wants an obnoxious ghetto female employeee says u have to pay for something first... would not open that bathroom door until I purchased something RIDICULOUS AND SHE LUCKY SHE AINT GET SMACKED.... was forced to buy 5 munchkins even though I was buying coffee... then had to deal with the employees yelling and screaming UNEDUCATED TRASH!! There was also a male there who continued to curse in front of my child he was the one who forced me to buy 5 munchkins when I know I didn’t have to!! He said he was going to quit that may be the best idea he had because seriously do you pay them more to guard your bathroom they took that rule to another level and that sign should be in the front as you are coming in... also include a minimum seeing your cashiers choose to... Again the way I was treated they both lucky they did not get smacked, not a ghetto person BUT they have no right treating your CUSTOMERS that way I’m not even from UTICA.

It was clean, and everyone was courteous. Nice selection of Dunkin' products.

So cliche' to rate a Dunkin Donuts but their donuts are just SO FREAKIN GOOD! Prices don't agree with me though.
