McDonald's

Took 25 minutes for my order. The employee at register messed up order and kept me at pay window 8 minutes until manager came to fix her mistake. Then they forgot to put order in and told me to pull up and wait. After 10 minutes I had to go in store only to be told they forgot to put in order. 7 more minutes and food came with no signature sauce. Back in again only to be told they ran out of the sauce. Couldn't tell me that before you took my money. Never again...B.K. is right up the road.

Food was fine, order only a couple of minutes. The seating area was disgusting. Food and garbage on the floor, prior to my arrival and sat on the floor during the time I sat and ate my food. Tables were dirty which I cleaned myself so I could sit a clean table and eat. Kachsup was smeared on the seats and tables as well as several windows. Whoever the shift manager is, is incompetent. If he is afraid to command his staff then he or the staff should be retrained as to their responsibilities or fired for not doing their jobs.

I really enjoyed being in this 50's Retro style McDonald's! Oldies music from 50's and 60's played while a friend and I had coffee and a snack. It was very unique and left me feeling happy. Coffee was excellent.
