I've been here over twenty times since moving to Yorkville and they are never smiling, friendly, welcoming, etc. no hello, how are you, what can I do for you. Just blank stares and bad attitudes. Rarely a thank you when your purchase is complete. I'll be using the post office for my services from now on. I hate to pay for a service and feel like I'm bothering the employees to do their job. Won't be back again.

I walked in with a box and patiently waited for the lady behind the counter to help me.  She was chatting on the phone and didn't even acknowledge or greet me.  She was clearly on a personal call.  I finally interrupted her and told her that I already had a label and just needed to drop off.  She looked annoyed and just used hand motions to tell me to put it on the counter.  We didn't even exchange any words.  USPS may actually be friendlier than this UPS!  Customer service is dead!
