Been going here for years. It's very convenient and usually the staff is great, friendly and fast. Most of them are amazing. My coffee is always good and they have never messed up my order. The only complaint right now is they have had 1-2 people working the drive thru lately that have been slow. The worst one is a guy with multi colored hair in a man bun and painted fingernails that always takes forever. Usually works afternoons. I can see him constantly asking people what's this coffee, what's this order, etc. He has no sense of urgency and no clue what he's doing and he's been there for months now and he's awful. Every time he works the drive thru moves at a snails pace. They need to get rid of him.

Quick and great customer service. Great selection of donuts, coffee, tea, and a few lunch items when you're on the go. We went there regularly when we first moved to the area, due to their proximity of the Lee traffic circle. This is a quick convenient stop, with a drive thru and inside seating when you need to get out and stretch.

Ordered a frozen coffee and it took them 4 times to try to make it, finally got me my drink and it did not taste good, just got my money back and left.

Absolute worst dunks....they chronically make mistakes and don't want make it right. The old women manager leaves alot to be desired. She acts like you're the inconvenience and she's being bothered from her lavish lifestyle on the Yacht...Grammy, check yourself, you're 50+ and working at dunks...
