I have a dairy allergy, and have always gone to Starbucks given they offer all drinks with almond milk & coconut milk. I was very excited when DD started offering frozen coffee. I did start ordering it with almond milk and was excited. Then the manager declined me due to the nondairy request. I did reach out to customer service and got Kristie who was wonderful. She did reassure me that drinks without dairy in any powder form of the recipe are able to made without dairy. The manager was incorrect and the staff was wrong as well..

Best Dunkin Dounuts around!! I am super excited that they still have the vanilla cake batter dounuts!! They are not promoting them in CT any longer. Thanks Dunkin for making my week!
