The only reason this office gets one star is because I can't leave less. The dark haired lady behind the desk is EXTREMELY RUDE! Appointment was cancelled within minutes of walking in because I REFUSE to be treated that way! I would never recommend this doctor to anyone because they would have to deal with the rude staff!

Wait times are atrocious for the minor issues I go in with. They call everyone in before me even though I was in there before they were, and expect me to be okay with wait times of sometimes up to 2 hours. I'd say look elsewhere for the fact of unreliable wait times.

My daughter and I saw Dr Springer and I was very pleased with her service she knows what she is doing she's quick but is great at what she does. We will continue to see Dr. Springer .Staff is friendly.

I feel Dr. Elizabeth Springer is the best! In 2001, she found the smallest mole on my leg and proceeded to tell me she felt I should have it removed along with 4 others at that time. Wouldn't you know the test results came back as melanoma. In my eyes, I would not be here without her expertise in finding this for me and helping me choose all the other doctors that I needed to get rid of this cancer. I have followed her from Michigan City, Indiana to Valparaiso, Indiana. I will continue to choose my insurance plans based on always knowing that she will be my Doctor. I worry about the day that she chooses to retire because I do not know who I would trust with my life. Her nurses are also the best. #1 Cheryl has been with her since Michigan City, Indiana and I am always so happy to see her when I come for my yearly checkups. Another Cheryl joined the staff 10 years ago and she has always done her best to make me comfortable. It is always a nervous time for me when I come for my follow-up visits but with all their help I leave smiling but anxious until I get my test results. I just saw all of them today, had a few removed, and now wait praying that I don't hear the "C" word again. Thank You all for taking such great care of me always. Deborah Zmich La Porte, Indiana

Dr. Springer is very knowledgeable and does a great job, the office staff are very professional I highly recommend Duneland Dermatology.
