Dr Mazurek save my life probably 25 years ago. The best doctor ever lung specialist. It was great to see him and at the time I cannot thank him enough because I could’ve been a goner so that is a big kudos to Dr Mazurek. He’s very patient. He’s very thorough and he explains everything to you, so it was great to see him, and my cough had gone away from the time I got to see him but all information is now correctly in the system. and he will keep an eye on me with if I receive another cough so again staff was pleasant and they called us because his office it’s out in the middle of nowhere so we were very grateful for that overall it was wonderful and it was great to see Dr Mazurek is the best of the best and thank you again Dr Mazurek for saving my life many years ago !!!!!
Best experience I have ever had with any type of doctor. Great bedside manners and took the time to find the issue I had been dealing with for several weeks. Even was able to call in and get a procedure done on me so that I wouldn't have to be in pain over the long Holliday weekend.
Good first office visit. Friendly, with helpful advice and instructions. Looking forward to good health care.

The people there at Dr mazurk's office is very kind explains everything and I think the world Dr mazurk he's a great doctor he takes time to explain things to you and he really works with the patience so I would recommend him very highly and the office is very nice and kind too I meant Dr mazurk at Puerto regional hospital in valpo my very first time and he was a great doctor then he made sure that I was comfortable was able to breathe right and everything before I left the hospital he's a very understanding very loyal doctor I recommend him very highly
I just love this doctor, he takes time to explain stuff and tell you what you need to do next. Thanks to the staff that was also great

I am 83 years old and hope Dr. Mazurik never retires until after I’m gone he has done a lot for me. Dr. Mazurik has really done wonders for me and my breathing I now only have to see him once a year.
Very caring Dr and staff, I loved how Dr Mazurek listen and explained everything. IF WE DIDN'T UNDERSTAND DR MAZUREK WAS KIND TO EXPLAIN. THANKYOU DOCTOR AND WONDERFUL STAFF.
