Dr. Brooke Hogarth is an exceptional doctor. She has a wonderful bedside manner and truly listens. She is the first doctor I've had in my life that has actually solved numerous problems for me. If my concern is not resolved, she helps me to find another solution that works. I am so grateful for her care because it has truly made a difference in my life.

My husband and I started seeing Dr Hogarth when we moved to Toronto in 2016. We had both had bad experiences in the past so neither of us had had a family Dr in over a decade. We are so grateful to have Dr Hogarth as our family Dr. She always listens to our concerns and has been able to connect us to specialists when needed. Even with issues where past Drs have dismissed or given up on, she has always helped us pursue an answer if our symptoms were not improving. I cannot recommend her enough.

I didn't have a family doctor for many years, finally telehealth recommended Dr.Beattie as he was accepting new patients. The reason I am taking the time to write this is because of the nature of the negative reviews on other sites. The staff are perfectly pleasant enough, they are not over chatty and they are not dismissive. They are doing a great job, they aren't your friends they are managers of the doctors schedules and resources. Dr.Beattie is ALWAYS prompt in receiving me, I cannot believe how efficiently he runs. He knows exactly how much time we have and what we can get done, he doesn't leave you hanging if more needs to be done he suggests another appointment to thoroughly address your concerns. He is very direct, polite and realistic. For knowledgeably I give him a 10/10 because he doesn't pretend to know everything about everything. If he doesn't know the answer, he will look it up. If the condition needs a specialist, he will refer you. If you don't need a test you googled, he will explain why but run what needs to be run to assure you of his recommendation. Your doctor is not your friend, not your pal, not your savior and definitely not your yes man. The same way you expect them to be professional and helpful, you need to be reasonable and level headed.

Impossible to reach my family dr They dont even take messages for call back.

Paid $20 for parking downtown, was supposed to be seen by Dr. Hogarth at 10:45. Arrived at 10:30, was still not seen by 11:15 and ended up having to leave without being seen so I could get to work for 12. When I told them I was leaving because it was taking too long, they didn't really seem to care, didn't even offer an apology for wasting my time and money.

I have been going to see Dr Sachdeva for 20 years now and she has always been very warm, patient, thorough and reliable. I very much value her knowledge and expertise.

Dr. Hogarth told me she would treat one of my learning disabilities and wouldn't act on the bias of a previous doctor and then refuses the treatment I asked for based on the exact premise that she said she wouldn't act, even though the method is the only one that works.

Dr Sachdeva is an absolute gem! Warm, knowledgeable and just a great human!
