Dufferin County Museum

A fascination museum where the building itself is so interesting. Displays inside reflect historical aspects of Canadian life. A perfect place for an art exhibition. Easy parking and even easier to find.

This place is somewhat of a hidden gem. We enjoyed the farmers market, tasted some local beer and went to the top of the silo to chill out and colour. The tavern exhibit was particularly fun.

Had a few floors of exhibits and I found very interesting. Well displayed, lots of information. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful

Great place to take the family if you don't want a full day taken up. Couple hours maximum. Friendly staff and well done museum.

Great local history with some connections to the locals. I absolutely love learning about the history of places around and this is one of my favourites. They also have a little farmers market in the summer months from local vendors and there are so great things to look at and buy.

I was extremely disturbed by the propaganda and dishonesty at the Dufferin Museum - fear-mongering with a new covid display as the very first display; the unscientific blaming of mankind for "climate change;" the mainstreaming of Black Lives Matter for black history; and the capitulation to gender fraud with the signs on the Museum bathrooms that threatens human dignity and safety by allowing men to use women's bathrooms.
