Drugstore Pharmacy

Very disappointed with the service today. Went in for walk-in vaccination, was told they closed an hour earlier than the proposed schedule for that day. When I brought up that they were not closed until 4pm, the reasoning for denying me service was that there was only 1 person who could give the vaccinethe person I was talking to and usually there is two. Terrible service. It is a fundamental human right to have access to healthcare and today I was denied. Will not be going back, thank you for showing me your work ethic as this was the final time I would be giving this pharmacy my business.

garbage place, misleading signs. Just horrible not even worth a 1star

It takes forever to get your refill. They said it will take an hour at opening, we were the first in the line. It took actually 1 hour and 30 minutes to get it. Poor service, not friendly staff.

Absolutely worst service ever. Been with SS pharmacy probably 30 years. I’ve had enough of the errors, mix ups, untrained staff and extremely rude pharmacists. I now have zero reason to ever step foot in that store again.

Waited over 10 min on the phone to speak to a pharmacist. Several times my call was “re-answered” only for the pharmacy assistant to realize I was still holding and my call had not been answered. When the pharmacist finally answered she was unhelpful and rushed to hang up.

Consistently disappointing. I'll often be told that a prescription will be ready for pick up in 20 minutes, but when I come an hour later it's not ready and I'll be told to wait 20 minutes. Take your business elsewhere.

Customer service very poor. Had a long line for pick up and just one person attending to pick up.. and someone else was standing and on her phone for more that 15min.

I shop here frequently, some items are over priced but, they do price match. Keep yur eyes open for unadvertised specials.

Said 5-10 minutes. Took 30. Had my prescription sent by the doctor direct and still had to wait forever.
