Shoppers Drug Mart

The store itself is great, but the pharmacy is awful. They NEVER receive prescriptions my doctor electronically sends - I recently had a different Dr. Send a prescription there for me, and after 3 failed attempts at filling it, I had it sent somewhere else and it was ready by the time I drove there!

I just had my worst shopping experience in this shoppers!The price tag of products will make you very confusing. The reason I am sooo unhappy and feel so bad is surely not about the money I paid much more than I thought accorded the tag of this shopper , is about the worst after-sales service of the Indian man I enquired with for my receipt . He is so rude ,impolite and impatience with loudly reprimanded voice to me!! I was so surprised,and feel so embarrassed. I have never ever met this kind of situation when I went shopping in Canada before. There is a discount price tag on one kind of lipsticks.But the after-sales service told that the price tag with42% discount under the same kind of lipstick is just only for one colour of the same category. Nobody can know before was told by him.There is only one price tag under this same category .He told me the only price tag which is just right behind all of them is not for all colours of the same kind. Is he sure and serious that he is not purposely making customers confused and to make mistakes as same as me? How many customers have paid the price different with their thinking for the products in the store? I paid for them much more than the price tag I saw in the store. I will not buy them if I know there is a price trick, as the brand often have the same or more discount in other stores . I will never go to this shopper.

I refilled my prescription via mobile and the guy that I talked to is kind of in the rush. He banged the phone when he hanged it up too. I hope he is fine...
