Story

Drugan’s Castle Mound restaurant, golf course and banquet facility is located on Highway 53 just five miles north of Holmen, Wisconsin. We are 20 minutes north of La Crosse, Wisconsin, and 20 minutes east of Winona, Minnesota.

The restaurant is open year-round - closed Monday's December through March. Our Lounge opens Daily at 4:00 p.m. (Sundays at 10:00 a.m.)

The golf course is a challenging 18-hole, par 72 public course. The course offers beauty and magnitude from all areas, with well-edged bunkers, contoured fairways and bent grass tees and greens. It opens in the spring as weather permits, and remains open until the snow falls each winter.

We were there for a wedding. Food was good. Drink prices were reasonable. A very nice place.

Drugan's was a wonderful location for both our wedding ceremony and reception.  Mary was great to work with.  Thank you!

Good food and laid back atmosphere, but our waiter was slow and it took a while to get our food. Which is not normal. We go there often and have a pleasant experience

Wedding reception. Good fun, buffet, casual. The way it should be.

Food took long time to come out despite limited people in restaurant.  Most of our food was cold or soggy and could tell on hot plate for far too long.  Been here a number of times before and was always good.  Perhaps an off night?
