Super friendly and helpful staff fought my DJI Pocket 2 there!!

Bought my Mavic Mini at Drone Shop Canada. Though it took quite a while to have it shipped to my home in Northern Alberta the communication with Kevin was effortless and quick. Great customer service!

Incredible customer service. During a repair after a drone crash, Kevin and the whole crew communicated regularly, gave me options on fixing, chatted about new tech and were just amazing to deal with. No chance I'm dealing with my drones anywhere else - they've won me over!

Came in to get a battery for the Mini and came out with an awesome case that was cheaper than the one I was going to get at another place .

Super knowledgeable and able to get the parts I needed when I crashed. Great bunch of guys there and a super cool looking shop!

Customer service here doesn't end with the warranty. With high tech drones, their support is invaluable.
