Had to take grad photos here and it was awesome! The photographer made everything easy and not awkward. Everything felt natural and candid. I was extremely happy with the results and want to come back!

The photographer this year was terrible.  Made the girls do a million poses, asked my young one with missing front teeth to smile big which she didn't want to do.  One kid had half opened eyes with uncomfortable smile, the other had messy hair so needless to say not ordering this year.

Lifetouch lost our order last year, then blamed my child for loosing the order. This year the pictures look extremely ugly, so not ordering again. I always wonder why this company works with schools?!!

On Wednesday January 11th 2023 at 1:00pm I tried to call lifetouch to potentially book graduation portraits, after waiting for 20 minutes on hold a lady finally answered and was extremely rude. She was hard to hear, and when I politely asked her to repeat herself she started to yell on the phone when she repeated herself in a passive aggressive way. She then went and hung up on me. I will be booking with another company and will not even bother with lifetouch after this encounter.

I had a fabulous time taking my university graduation photos! The staff there are super kind and friendly. The lady photographer i was with was really accommodating and had a great personality, she was also really attentive and did her best to make my photos look good! I would definitely recommend this place!

Pictures were done in September, still haven't received the proofs. I got the order number so I could order online and it is not my kid. Does this mean my kid's picture is just floating around to other random people? Terrible

I ordered for my children's school pictures and somehow i was sent the same digital download for the same photo. I chatted with the representatives to rectify the error and you won't believe, the representative named CLARA deleted my order history! She was very reluctant to help me sort my photo download problem and then proceeded to wipe out my order history! Of all the nerve!!! I later got help from another representative called Amanda and she solved it as politely as possible.

I ordered my kids school pics as digital beginning of December hoping to have them for Christmas cards. I got one of my sons minutes after I placed my order and was told it could take a few weeks for my other sons as his was a retake and I had to wait for the school to release the photos. I waited a few weeks and still never got the print. When I reached out to find out where it was I was told it’s in process and I should see them in a few weeks. I still never got the print. I finally reached out again and was told that they sent me the print the day I ordered it. I then had to tell them that I never received that print and that I have been waiting for almost two months now. I was then told that they would just resend it to me. No apology or any ownership at all for their error. They wouldn’t even admit that they were at all responsible and put it on me. They really made me feel frustrated. Very poor customer service!!

They had to redo my daughter's grad photos as the ones that they did in the school were bad. They accommodated us by brining us into the studio and were wonderful with my daughter. Her new pics are wonderful. We are very happy

I ordered a digital print of my child’s school photo… after 2 days of not receiving it via email, I inquired with lifetouch. I was told it can take up to 3 weeks to receive the digital photo!! Seriously? I guess we won’t be including the school photo in our Christmas cards. In an age of technology, how can it be so difficult to email a digital image? I wish we had other options to purchase school photos elsewhere, but I guess they’re untouchable because they have a monopoly on school photos.
