This group of ladies that work here appear to despise their lives so much that they want to inflict as much difficulty into whatever you need done here as possible. Always a terrible experience.

I was there 2 times in 3 weeks and felt like it was a army base camp. My last visit I handled better, the same staff at tillsonburg ER as while. Horrible

After years of deplorable service in Tillsonburg, I recently decided to drive to Ingersoll to renew my license. I CANNOT say enough about the incredibly efficient and PLEASANT ladies in Ingersoll. It's a huge relief to know I don't have to subject myself to the rude behavior of the staff and owner in Tillsonburg ever again.

Didn't have to wait at all to get waited on. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Excellent service very friendly. Had three stickers, license and ohip update and was done in less than five minutes amazing
