Staff was very attentive, my appointment was for 9:30, I arrived at 9:10, after a quick sign in I saw the doctor by 9:17. Dr. Vornberger had great bed side manners, answered all my questions and finished up with me in 10 minutes. I had a sprain and was on crutches, he opened all the doors for me and talked to me like a human being not just a number. Very pleased, and happy to have such a good doctor and staff in this city.
The girl answering the phone would not give my partner an appointment with the Doctor said he was soon going on vacation. Went to a clinic and found out his heart is enlarged. She is a piece of work.
STAFF ARE DISGUSTING! Trying to be a new patient with them. My old doctor retired, so my records are in storage. When I first brought in my paperwork, I was told nothing could be done without my old records. Well the situation has changed, as I went to the ER and was giving a diagnosis of diabetes. I called today to try and get in for my testing, like the ER told me to, and the woman on the phone wouldn't let me get a word in. Just kept telling me that they needed my old records to proceed. Even when I told her the situation and this could be life threating as I could go into diabetic ketosis, she didnt care. She just kept telling me we need your records. When I asked her if this was a office policy or a Ontario health care policy... she hung up on me! Who does that? I am panicking on the phone and you hang up on me. You are suppose to be there for me and my health, now I have an urgent situation and and SOL? Nice! This is what our health care system and providers now I guess
