If you have a serious or suspected serious medical concern, go to London. Time and time again this place: especially the ER, is incompetent. Ask any long time Sarnia resident. This hospital does not have the confidence of much of the public it serves. Some absolutely GOOD experiences and many more horrible experiences. You DO NOT feel like a customer even though your tax dollars pay for this facility. Go to London, experience the difference. Sarnia ER = 1 star

Great staff at the hospital. You're in great hands at this hospital. Trust me. These folks are fantastic. The doctor is always on your side. They want things to go well too.

I been here a few times to see a specialist. The place is clean, the staff is friendly. Services is fast - lots of volunteers to help you get around - the parking is good except you have to pay for it.

awful emergency department and awful trainee doctor the doctor ask me not to worry and take Advil and Tylenol but how many of each and what is the duration this doctor didn't bother to write them on small piece of paper , and when I asked the stupid nurse he was rude
