Dr. Sejean G

He's the only ENT I trust with my ears!! Saw him a few times at the hospital for ear cleanings and then at his office, he's fast and listens to any concerns that I have. He has a good sense of humor too ^^ I recommend him to everyone I know. As to those who say his secretary is a bit rude, she's actually really nice! She works alone and she pretty much does everything by herself. Answer phones, manages the files, greets patients etc. She's a busy lady so just be patient and kind. Overall great experience!

The doctor is amazing, kind, learned... Knows his stuff... It is just that he has the secretary from HELL. A childish primadonna, she goes out of her way to drop every spanner in the works. I arrive early and she makes a big song and dance out of how much trouble it is for her. Not once did I ask for medicine or antibiotics, yet she tells the doctor that I phoned in whining that I wanted a prescription for antibiotics - A 100% TOTAL LIE - and then tells me that I have to spend another $150 to see him if I want to put the record straight on what I said. The doctor agrees to send his report to my audiologist., but, mysteriously it disappears in his secretary's hands. Next, she tell my audiologist that she has arranged for me to go to the local hospital for free - YET ANOTHER LIE. Forget this doctor, there's no way past this spiteful secretary who is out to hound anyone who does not instantly grovel to her.
