The receptionist is absolutely useless and quite rude. I had done a few tests requested from my family doctor a couple of weeks ago and I never received a call back. I called back the receptionist and she said she didn’t receive anything. I call back the clinics I went to and they all confirmed the exact time and date they sent the results to my doctor. I then call back the same receptionist and she tells me very rudely that she has nothing and their fax actually hasn’t been working. How is that my problem? Instead of telling me you have nothing, you should be looking into your own internal problems. You shouldn’t be stressing out patients and making them call back and forth to confirm if the office received test results. Awful clinic.
There is a harmonious synergy in this doctors office. Everyone works super well together and it’s really amazing to have a consistent pleasant experience especially when you are sick and going through quite severe and unpleasant medical issues. I am deeply grateful to the wonderful Doctor Patel and his team of truly kind nurses that have all been incredibly caring, attentive and most importantly, emotionally supportive in my healing. It’s an amazing medical team that love what they do and it shows all the way to the front desk team that have also assisted me every time I needed help. Thank you Clinique Medicale Diamant for providing me with a level of high quality medical service ! I highly recommend this clinic.
I would give this Clinique zero star if I could! The receptionist was not at all understanding of my problem. Went there a while ago to see a Nephrologist kidney specialist and was prescribed a number of tests! After doing all the tests, my Insurance designated to students refused to reimburse me the costs over 650$!! as they requested a medical note with the exact diagnosis! So I went to the clinic again and asked if I could have a separate doctor's note with the required details and SHOCKINGLY the guy receptionist refused to help me and only offered to book another appointment with the doctor, for which I had to pay again myself and start another claim with the Student insurance company which would be not reimbursed once again. Despite all the insists, the receptionist did not even let me talk to the doctor for only one minute to explain the issue and possibly receive the required note. Instead he told me I had to fight the insurance all by myself. he was very rude and ignorant. Hope no one goes through what I did there . So humiliating and inhuman! No wonder there have been so many complaints about the reception there!!!
Very good experience with Dr . Susanne, even called me with the results of my blood test which I appreciated. But there might be a glitch with the website regarding confirmation of an appointment . I tried several time to confirm but it didn’t work. But all in all a great clinic.
Doctor was nice, receptionists on the other hand, so rude... it's like they are so fed up of people in general, I didn't even want to make further questions because of how rude they are and I'd rather investigate on my own than deal with their attitudes. Since the moment I called to make my appointment the guy made me a question which I didn't hear properly, when I asked him to repeat again he replied "oh my God" , in person the exact same attitude. I think they should be trained in how to treat costumers
I want to express my gratitude for the qualified help, close attention, understanding of the problem and literacy, and most importantly, goodwill to nurse Anastasia. After all, this is so important when you are sick and confused, but you are in a pleasant environment. And also to the doctor Patel, who approached the complaints with all seriousness and did everything possible, which greatly influenced the speedy recovery. It is only thanks to such employees that an opinion about the clinic as a whole is formed!
Thank you very much, Dr Yao Han, for taking your time to explain to me everything! I was very worried and the fact that ALL, I mean ALL my questions were answered, decreased my worries! In Montréal we need more doctors like you! Thank you and I would recommend this clinic to anyone!
the visit was fine but too many reminders were sent appreciated would be 1 reminder i week before and another the day before the appointment txs
It's not a serious clinic. They insisted that I had a consultation by phone. The appointment was confirmed in person, by phone and messages, and the name of the physician communicated to me. Then they never called me, never apologized.
This is one of the best clinics that I have been to. Excellent service and quality doctors. I highly recommend this clinic for efficiency and cleanliness
