The patient does not matter to the front office/billing department. After asking questions about insurance, in regards to my children, I was told they would not, "go chasing" after information. All I wanted was even a number to call. I know they have all of that information, dealing with insurance every day. Customer service, people and maybe a little tact! You just lost two more patients today.

Bham Family Dentistry is an All-Star practice! They are extremely competent, and will bend over backwards to make sure their patients are satisfied, healthy and happy. I have been going there for over 10 years, and the staff and docs there are all absolutely top shelf - I really cannot recommend them highly enough or enthusiastically enough! And beyond that, they are all just really super nice, friendly, and genuinely caring!! I don't know WHAT happened with the person below (A Jef) for them to write such a negative review, but I am shocked - never once have I had anything but the utmost in respect, friendliness and above-&-beyond help there. Whomever A Jef talked to must have been either a temp fill-in or someone who is no longer there, because their experience is absolutely NOT typical of Bham Fam. Dentistry!! They treat you like one of THEIR family! Hands down best dental practice I've ever gone to, in 50 years, and I'll never go anywhere else in the Bham area.
