I live near there and was looking for a family doctor in the area. The clinic was accepting new patients and Dr. Cheng is now my doctor. I have found him to be an excellent doctor and he has very good communication skills which I appreciate. The cons are that it is difficult to get through on the phone occasionally and he has students who are training to be family doctors from time to time and I get less time with my doctor and more time with them. But it’s a good sign that the med schools send students to learn with him.

I've been a patient of Dr. Aly's for many years now. She is extremely thorough and I never feel rushed. She followed up personally after bloodwork by pre-booking a phone appointment, called at the exact time she booked and went through my results and answered my questions. Excellent Dr. and follow up.

Receptionistoffice Adminare worst. My neck nerve got pinched I was in so much pain, my right hand was numb, office admin left a voicemail that my appointment is booked with neurologist please contact us for details. I called them they asked do you have pen and paper I told them I do have pen and paper but I am unable to write because I am right handed writer and my right hand was numb its better if you could send an email with details of my appointment or left a voicemail with details they said we are doing that if you want to know you can write or otherwise I will disconnect the phone I am busy,here my point is that I am ordering food or pizza I called medical office because I am worrying about my sickness and pain ATTENTION MANAGEMENT

They changed management and reception and now the clinic runs horribly. I had been going here for the past 5 years and the old reception staff was incredibly helpful. Now they hardly answer the phone you have to call at least 5x to speak to someone and if they do they are so unwilling to even forward you a requisition bc ‘only one person has access to the email once a week’ ?!?! This is a clinic!! Literally making you run around in circles! If you are older/have difficulty speaking English - this clinic will be VERY difficult for you to navigate.

This is a very bad clinic, they ask patient to go to see the doctor instead of original calling on phone just 90 minutes before the appointment, or the clinic will postpone the appointment 3 months later. It was a very bad experience, they will change whatever they want.

I have been fortunate to land upon this clinic 4 yrs ago when I moved to Toronto. Dr. Cheng is one of the finest doctors I have ever met, glad he became our family doctor

Horrible customer service. No not go to this clinic. I called to have a prescription renewed early in the day. My pharmacist had not received authorization by late afternoon. When I called, I was told the doctor wasn’t in and nothing could be done. Dr Stephanie Zhou is not a good doctor. I went for a physical exam and was rushed and she did not do a thorough exam. The only positive out of this office is the dietitian I was working with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME GOING TO THIS CLINIC AND WITH THIS DOCTOR.

I wasn't ever going to write a review but I have to. Dr Aly is horrible. My current doctor was very concerned when I explained my medical history and past with Dr Aly. Clearly there's an issue at hand. After over 3 years of serious daily migraines, I finally got to see her i had already been a patient for 2 years but she kept going on "mat leave" which I now know was also suspension of her license When I consulted her about my migraines, she said I was "probably just too sensitive" and half dismissed me for the rest of the appointment. Just handed my a blood requisition and let me on my way. My migraines were knocking me out, stopping me from having normal activities, blinding me sometimes. I wasn't sensitive. I was very sick. After another year and another bloodwork, I was finally referred to a specialist. The specialist was highly concerned that I had "waited" this long because I was in danger of a serious blood clot or stroke... At 22 years old. I've since gotten a new doctor and I'd advise anyone with health issues or pain issues to go somewhere else. This doctor is no good and if you read her public suspension hearings, you'll see I'm not the only person she has done this to. And what other people are saying here: yes the reception is AWFUL. Rude, take forever to ask doctors for simple medication refills and they have no customer service skills or better yet, don't speak English so they are always too confused to know what you're saying. Overall just don't go here.

I’ve been patient of Dr. Chung here for 2 years. It’s the best clinic ever! Don’t have looooong waiting period. The receptionists are great too, I’ve never had any problem with them. Don’t know why some comments saying they are rude. Dr. Chung is such a caring person. All my family members are his patients now.

THE BEST AND MOST ORGANIZED...TIME EFFICIENT...DR. CAO IS EXCELLENT TO DEAL WITH THE NURSE ON DUTY WAS VERY HELPFUL...I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE CLINIC...FOUND THE BEST CLINIC AND DOCTOR....
