(Don Mills) Insight Diagnostic Imaging

No one answers the phone. On the voicemail it says you can walk in my pregnant sister even ask for time off to work just to have ultrasound. When we get to this clinic, the rude receptionist said they are closing in half an hr and cant see my sister ! How rude... and clapping her hands when wer abt to leave! I hope she will get fired!

Very nice people work here, with the exception of the reception staff that was in at 8:30am on July 5th 2017. A patient came in as she was on a personal call using the business phone, she took a moment to tell the patient "take a seat". She did not end the call, but continued the personal phone call. She was using very unprofessional language and was being rude to the person on the phone - while having the patient wait. She told the person on the phone to "shut up" about 5-10 times, and used profanity with the person..All while there was someone waiting to check in for their appointment, after 5 minutes, she finished the back and forth call she was having, and helped the patient. I understand the need to communicate during emergencies, but this was not one. This reflects poorly on the business.

Poor front desk service. Not friendly nor welcoming. Front desk actually made what supposed to be a great experience as a Dad (going for eco with her wife) a really bad one. I also witnessed how she treated the next expecting mother that came after my wife. Not respectful. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

The worst place to go for ultrasound very unprofessional and rude staff from receptionist to ultrasound technicians not recommended
