Dr. John A. Demask, DO

After reading another person's review I had to write my own. They turn the phones off at lunch time so don't call then but otherwise I have been going here for 10 years and they are great. Custom service is great. I often forget to make an appointment and with my work schedule it is harrd to do. They always squeeze me in to help me out. No other Dr has done this before. The staff is very friendly and they have the new technology to send over scripts so I don't have to pick it up.

He's a good doctor. But either their hours online are inaccurate or they ignore phone calls, because when I try calling during their open hours it says they're closed. My partner has tried getting their prescriptions filled three times and is ignored. I know other people who can't get ahold of them either. Horrible customer service.
