Dr. David M. Kolakowski DDS, Dr. William G. Ziecina DDS, and Dr. Eric T. Tye DDS

I would have gave them no stars. But it would not let me. My father and I have been going there for almost 4 years and they sent him a letter tell him they could not treat us anymore. He is a 23 year combat VET and they drop him for not reason claiming we cancel to much How could he when he was in Iraq for 10 months and just got back home. The staff was ok but the Doc used a lot of profane language a lot. I could hear him when he talk to patient. I didn't tell my Dad because the helper the cleaned my teeth was ok. But, I would not recommend this doc to anyone especially if you are a Veteran. He had no respect the people that served. our country.

Dentist gave me attitude when my mouth guard need for adjustment. They gave me false information saying my guard all covered by the insurance and I end up pay the rest of the fee after the guard made. Also, my wife's implant was not very successful and caused infection, which she need to do the implant again. Not recommend. Think twice before seeing these dentist. If I know the guard kept getting uncomfortable, I won't go through doing it. Getting tired of asking to buy guard for everything. Also, my wife implant failed after 1 1/2 month because the Dr. said without the mouth guard it won't hold. This is not acceptable for excuse. We are leaving this office. Won't recommend Dr. Ziecina.

The office squeezed me in two days after I called as a new patient about a cracked tooth. I felt the office, and Dr. Tye, went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable and to work with my insurance. Overall I was very pleased and would recommend.

Have been going here for a couple years and they are absolutely amazing. Very gentle and will work with you in regards to appointment times. I have never had a problem, great work and recommend them to anyone having dental issues.

Very professional and definitely eases my anxiety of visiting the dentist! Two thumbs up!
