DentalWorks Sterling Heights

I feel they are sketchy and shady as the day is long! STAY AWAY! This Charles A. Smith Dentalworks Sterling Heights office in my opinion didn't appear to be on the up and up because of one awfully rude and seemingly untrustworthy office manager. This place is a nightmare! Jennifer, the office Manager stinks! I was so disturbed and upset the way she treated me that It gave the entire office a bad name. It was so disturbing to me that I was worried she had all my personal information because I didn't trust what she would do with it. I definitely didn't trust the situation or the office after the way she talked to me and certain questions she was asking. Something was definitely off and all warning bells were sounding! I ended up calling another dental office and going there. They're so nice and aren't affiliated with Dentalworks! Really happy to be going somewhere else! This Dentalworks office in my opinion is just the pits! I definitely wouldn't trust them after dealing with their sketchy office manager, Jennifer. There are plenty of other dentists in the area. Maybe call around first and go elsewhere! There are plenty of other great places! When in doubt, choose somewhere else!!!

Had my crown and gingivectomy done at Dentalworks, very happy with Dr Charles Smith, and Bruce who did my peridontal cleaning. Both men were very professional, kind and patient; and because I am very nervous about dental work it was truly appreciated. Jennifer the biller/manager is working with me to get the most benefit from my dental insurances, which will mean more dental work in my future. I would recommend them whole heartedly. long wait to get in but after that it was excellent. assistant was very good.

The staff at Dental works is great. They walk you through the financial part of the visit and treat you with respect throughout. I love my finished product.

The Dentist was a little rude and seemed to talk at me and not to me about me teeth.
