Clean office, great staff! They helped me out tremendously! I had very positive experiences regarding a root canal and implant. The staff at Masters Family Dentistry is professional, yet warm and personable. Working with Dentists that really care about their craft is very important for your well being. After years of struggling to find great dental care, I am finally there. I can't thank Dr. Masters and his staff enough times!
I am a returning patient from 20 years ago and am so pleased with my appointment today. My concerns were addressed fully and I was treated respectfully, with top-notch care from my initial phone call for an appointment all the way through checkout after the appointment. The team is super responsive and works collaboratively to take care of their patients.
Instead of disregarding a patient's knowledge about their own insurance and coverage, YOUR office should have been trying to figure things out. My carrier wanted to speak to you directly to tell you that I'm not required to pay any fee for X-Rays. Most coverages allow X-rays as a part of preventative. Did you listen? No, You attempted to make me feel pressured and when I said NO, I'm not paying, you became upset. I'm very knowledgeable about what's covered, when I go to a provider. Its called doing my due diligence. The office staff was nicer than the doctor. Your attitude as a provider was TERRIBLE. There's therapy for those types of issues. Have a good day.
As always a great experience at Masters Family Dentistry. Today was no exception.The staff are welcoming and professional and they take a genuine interest in their patients. They take their time with patients, thoroughly explain everything and take whatever time you need to answer your questions. I highly recommend this practice! Dr Andreana is fabulous. Thank you!
Very friendly and explained everything. Staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. My previous dentist tried push procedures through for insurance money and had no interest in my opinion. This office listens to.the patients concerns. Recommended for sure.
I have been going to Dr. Masters for over 30 years. When I first started going there I told him I never wanted to take out my teeth and put them in a glass. I'm 85 and although I have had a lot of dental problems they are not in a glass. I love the people in this practice. Wouldn't go anywhere else.

Great people work at Masters! Everyone is polite, efficient, I'm not kept waiting. Sophia Masters was very thorough with my exam WAY more than other dentists I've ever seen! and with my options for completing the dental work I'd like to have done. When I went in the first time, I was more than happy with speed and everything I needed done at that time. Well, I'm back and just as happy as the first time. Couldn't ask for anything better!!! My new dentistry office for life!
