Customer service by owners was awful! One time we went there we were charged extra for a change in drinks to a combo even though the new drink we ordered is less than the one included in the combo. When we asked about it the girl helping us was very apologetic and said it was what she had been told but, we could speak with a manager. We said sure. When she went to get the owners they told her they were too busy and that we would just have to come back another time but, we were the only ones in the restaurant!! The poor staff member was so apologetic at the fact that her bosses wouldn’t even come and talk to us. Then this week I ordered a cake for my sons birthday party and when I went to pick it up I also ordered a couple of ice creams as a special reward treat for my kids (the party was days away and they wouldn’t be having any cake for days). The owner belidled me and said in a super condescending tone...”is cake not enough for you? Now you need sundae’s too”. My kids were really upset and worried they had done something wrong since she was so rude. Then there was another issue with the icing colour etc. The problems just kept coming. We will not go back to this location again. Awful service from owners!

The new Honey BBQ Chicken Fingers are great. The staff was also very helpful and delivered our order to the table.

Not impressed with this location. Slow service and the hot food is not up to par. +They dont know how to properly make a pecan mudslide.

Went there three times and all 3 times, they were out of brownies so they could not make the blizzard I wanted. Worst DQ ive ever been to.
